Battery Replacement

Have you had you system battery backup recently tested or replaced?  Did you know that your system battery should be replaced every 3-5 years.

My system isn't chiming

Check to ensure that your chime is active.  Many systems have a press button which will be indicated by LED.  

How do I properly test my system?

Prior to any testing be sure to place your system on test.  Failure to do so could result in false dispatches as well as fines from local municipalities.
